They weren’t exaggerating. A typical product video could cost anywhere between ₹2,000 to ₹50,000 (not counting revisions), take days to produce, and involve a small army of freelancers, studios, approvals, and coordination.

And if you’re thinking, “Just use Canva,” we tried. But Canva wasn’t built for product-first storytelling — let alone doing it at scale, with audience-specific hooks and brand-safe voiceovers.

The result? Merchants were burning time and money just trying to stay relevant.

My Role
  • Led end-to-end product strategy & execution

  • Designed the pipeline from link → LLM → video → ad

  • Crafted prompt and template logic for Claude

  • Integrated ElevenLabs for natural voiceovers

  • Built a recommendation loop using Meta Ads data

  • Launched performance dashboards for creators

  • Ran early tests and feedback loops with D2C power users
