Three to start with. The rest are on the work page, in the order they happened.
Agentic search over 10,000-page filings
The answer is a number in a table, not a sentence you can paraphrase. Wealth managers work from filings most models will not even open. Built the retrieval layer that does, and made it abstain rather than guess.
Neoflo: AI for the CFO tech stack
Finance teams are buried in invoices, reconciliations and expense approvals. Neoflo runs those workflows end to end instead of summarising them. Live with enterprise clients, the largest processing 6,000+ invoices a month across six countries.
Neoflo IDP: intelligent document processing
Six platforms benchmarked on 200 invoices. Three of the five external platforms fell below 60% on handwritten invoices. We built the reader in-house. 92.5% field accuracy. $0.0091 to extract an invoice. The gap wasn't about optimisation, it was about approach.
Soul: my digital twin
I built a version of me that doesn't need sleep. Same memory. Same voice. Same thinking. Runs 24/7 while I'm in meetings pretending to pay attention.
Agentic AI Platform
Most AI deployments fail at the seams. Between agents, between tools, between human and machine. This is the architecture that holds: five agent layers, confidence floors per environment, and blast-radius containment built in from day one.
Velocity: AI video generation at scale
HP needed 2,500 product videos. Agencies quoted $1.25M and 6 months. We shipped it in 7 minutes per video, at $50 each, across 28 markets.
AN-Prez: multiplayer holographic presentations
Mixed reality presentations on HoloLens with shared holograms and spatial annotations. Built for enterprise, shipped on the Microsoft Store, spatial computing before anyone called it a category.
What also sets him apart is his comfort with deep tech - 3D/VR and applied AI. He learns the stack quickly, asks the right technical questions, and translates complexity into clear product decisions engineers trust.

Shubham has a problem-solving mentality with a go-getter attitude. I have known him since he was a developer and now he has transitioned to a Product role, which is a great fit for him.

Shubham did an exceptional job on the projects he worked on with AutoVRse. He is an enthusiastic and passionate personnel, the professional in the Unity3D and the related areas of VR and AR development. I'd also like to add that he is hardworking, self motivated and intelligent team player.
