Hey, I'm Shubham.

Spatial computing in 2018. Generative video in 2023. Agentic AI in 2024. Every time before the category had a name. Right now it's finance operations, which nobody has meaningfully touched since ERPs were invented.

Things I've built.

0→1 products across spatial computing, ecommerce AI, and fintech. Each from a blank canvas. Each shipped.

01Avataar.ai · AI Product Manager · 2023 to 2024

Velocity: AI video generation at scale

HP needed 2,500 product videos. Agencies quoted $1.25M and 6 months. We shipped it in 7 minutes per video, at $50 each, across 28 markets.

02Neoflo.ai · Head of Product · 2025 to now

Neoflo: AI for the CFO tech stack

Finance teams are buried in invoices, reconciliations and expense approvals. Neoflo runs those workflows end to end instead of summarising them. Live with enterprise clients, the largest processing 6,000+ invoices a month across six countries.

03Enterprise AI · Platform Architecture · 2024 to 2025

Agentic AI Platform

Most AI deployments fail at the seams. Between agents, between tools, between human and machine. This is the architecture that holds: five agent layers, confidence floors per environment, and blast-radius containment built in from day one.

About

I came up as a developer.
That's how I think about product.

Three years writing code, five and a half building product. I write the prototype before I write the spec. So I scope from what is buildable, not from what sounds reasonable in a planning doc.

Every move started with a feeling, not a plan. find the chaos, build the system, ship the thing.

Game DevelopmentBachelor's · ICAT Bengaluru

Grew up finishing every game I could get my hands on. That obsession led me to a BSc in Game Dev: three years of Unity, C#, physics systems, and the slow realisation that building games requires entire teams and a level of complexity you never think about as a player.

Enterprise VRAutoVRse

Put on an HTC Vive during my interview and tried a Mini Cooper experience they'd built. Walked out knowing this was the next thing. Shipped an AR brand game and an enterprise VR experience as an individual contributor.

Enterprise MRAfterNow

Tried Microsoft HoloLens. That was the Tony Stark moment: holograms in real space. Built AN-Prez, multiplayer 3D presentations with shared holograms and spatial annotations. Spatial computing before anyone called it a category.

AI · eCommerceAvataar.ai

Five years building AI products. The Agentic AI Platform: multi-agent orchestration, confidence-gated HITL, blast-radius containment, validated across enterprise medical-coding POCs. Then Velocity: generative video at scale, 10–40x cost reduction, 25k signups in six months.

AI · FintechNeoflo.ai

Head of Product. Finance teams are buried in manual AP, reconciliation, and expense workflows. Building the AI layer that actually does the work. Not a dashboard, not a copilot.

SK

He quickly stood out for his speed of learning, bias for action, and true builder's mindset. He aligns the right people fast and ships outcomes that exceed expectations. … What also sets him apart is his comfort with deep tech, 3D/VR and applied AI. He learns the stack quickly, asks the right technical questions, and translates complexity into clear product decisions engineers trust.
